Kia ora, I’m Sonali. I was born in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and completed my Diploma in the Montessori Method of Education in 2008. Since then, I’ve gained over 14 years of teaching experience in Montessori settings across Sri Lanka and New Zealand.
I’m passionate about supporting tamariki to grow into confident, independent learners, and I believe the Montessori method is a beautiful way to nurture each child’s natural curiosity and love for learning.
I’m proud to be part of the Casa team and to support your children on their learning journey, just as I did with my own daughter and son, who also began their education here. Outside of teaching, I enjoy baking, travelling, movies, and spending time with my family.
